Welcome to Essential Dental (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, repair services, and wholesale programs. By accessing or using our site, submitting repairs, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.


1. Services We Provide

Essential Dental offers:

  • Dental handpiece repair services

  • Diagnostic and inspection services

  • Sales of new and refurbished dental equipment

  • Wholesale repair programs for businesses and technicians

  • Shipping label services

  • Educational and informational content

All services are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at any time.


2. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including:

  • Attempting to access secure areas without authorization

  • Uploading harmful code or interfering with functionality

  • Using our content for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Misrepresenting your identity or company

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user violating these terms.


3. Repair Submissions

By sending a handpiece or equipment to us for service, you agree to the following:

A. Inspection & Estimates

  • All repairs begin with an evaluation.

  • You will receive a quote before repair work begins.

  • If you decline the repair, return shipping fees may apply.

B. Approval

Repairs will not be performed without your approval unless:

  • You opt into automatic approval, or

  • Your business has an existing approval agreement with us.

C. Unrepairable Items

If a device is beyond repair:

  • We will notify you,

  • Offer replacement options if applicable,

  • Return the unit if requested (shipping fees may apply).

D. Abandoned Equipment

Repairs left unpaid or unclaimed for 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of.


4. Pricing & Payments

A. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

B. Payment Terms

We accept credit/debit cards, digital payments, and invoicing for approved business accounts.
Work may be paused until payment is received.

C. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved partners and may not be disclosed publicly.


5. Warranty

A. Repair Warranty

Most repairs include a warranty covering parts and workmanship for a specified period (listed on your invoice).
Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper sterilization

  • Drops, falls, or physical damage

  • Internal contamination due to maintenance neglect

  • Unauthorized repair attempts

  • Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period

B. New Equipment Warranty

New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary.

C. Returning Warranty Items

Warranty claims must include:

  • The original handpiece

  • Original invoice number

  • Description of the issue

We reserve the right to inspect all warranty claims before determining coverage.


6. Shipping Policies

A. Labels & Shipping

We may offer prepaid labels for customer convenience.
Essential Dental is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us unless insurance is purchased.

We are responsible for insuring returns shipped from us when included in your repair invoice.

B. Packaging

Customers are responsible for safely packaging handpieces and equipment.

C. Transit Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).


7. Returns & Refunds

A. Repairs

Because repairs require labor and parts, all completed repairs are final and non-refundable.
Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying issues.

B. Product Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be unused and in original packaging.

Some items (like custom orders, electrical equipment, or final-sale products) may not be eligible for return.


8. Wholesale Program Terms

Wholesale partners agree to:

  • Maintain professional business conduct

  • Pay invoices within the agreed terms

  • Not misrepresent Essential Dental’s services

  • Keep wholesale pricing confidential

  • Accept that repeated non-payment may result in account suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or modify wholesale agreements at any time.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essential Dental is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Damages caused by misuse of repaired items

  • Losses resulting from delays or shipping carrier issues

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the repair or product purchased.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — logos, images, text, graphics, product descriptions — is the property of Essential Dental.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify it without written permission.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
