The Repair Process
Request a Prepaid Label
Time to send in your handpiece for repair? Begin the process by requesting your prepaid shipping label via our website, email, or by giving us a call. Pack up your handpieces and stick the prepaid label onto the box!
Get your Estimate
When we receive your handpieces, we will run multiple diagnostic tests to determine the repair needed. From there, we will email you an estimate for the repairs needed. Once approved, we will repair your handpieces.
We'll ship them back
After repaired, your handpieces will undergo more testing to ensure proper repair. They will be securely packaged and mailed back to your practice!
You'll recieve your handpieces
Most repairs arrive back at offices nationwide within 1 to 2 business days, but you will always receive a tracking number on your repair invoice.
