Repairs
Our average turn around time is between 24 to 48 hours, upon approval. Some handpieces may take longer to repair due to complexity or specific repairs. If you need an expedited repair please contact us when you send in your handpieces.
All of our repairs are backed by a no hassle warranty covering all parts and labor, ranging from 4 months to 1 year depending on the handpiece being repaired.
While typically we do not provide loaner handpieces, we have many handpieces ourselves, and would be more than happy to provide you with a loaner while your handpieces are being repaired.
We consider ourselves to be THE handpiece specialist. If your handpiece can come apart, we will do everything we can to repair it. The only time we are not able to repair a handpiece is when parts are not available for a specific model.
Yes! We do not send your handpiece out to a third part for repair, all of our repairs are completed in shop.

All our handpiece repairs are completed with the highest quality parts, German ceramic bearings, diamond chucks, and balanced impellers. If available they can be repaired with OEM parts.
Our warranty covers anything that is replaced on your handpiece at the time of the original repair, from an O-Ring to a headgear. The only time something is not covered under warranty is if it was not originally repaired.
OF COURSE! When a handpiece is sent in for repair, we will evaluate the value of your handpiece and repairs needed. If we find that your handpiece is worth less than the cost of repair we will inform you right away. If you handpiece is not worth repairing, we can offer you credit for a new handpiece
Yes! We are always running promotions for first time customers, existing customers, and on new equipment. Look out for an email or postcard in the mail!

Yes, we do! We even offer a trade-in program if you decide to purchase new handpieces from us. Although, we do not buy every handpiece out there, please contact us directly for more information.
